INNOLIVE is a project which poses as the main advantage that the consulting service can be given via Internet, in real time and to all the world, due to the significant increase of table olive production not only at a national level (Spain), but in different emerging countries which cannot benefit from the wide range of technical services.
The main aim of this project is to improve the competitiveness of the factories of table olive by means of the enhancement of its elaboration process in real time and aloof.
Moreover, INNOLIVE suggests the development of innovative systems specifically designed to provide assistance at the previous stages by which olives go through. That is it has been considered to produce a device focused on the analysis of the dressings and an intercom system for the fermentation monitoring.
